The MGB GT was purchased in January 2016, the car was fully road worthy with lots of history but purchased as a excellent donor car for the Frontline Development rebuild.
The MG has taken 2½ years to rebuild during its time the bodywork was extensively rebuilt to the Abingdon Frontline Developments specifications, at a specialist workshop in Pinkneys Green. This included the suspension and engine fitting.
The MG was inspected by Frontline and commissioned for the MG to be couriered to Abingdon where Frontline Developments completed the build including carrying out all necessary tests, road tests and commissioning.
The MG has been registered as an Historic car and is outside of road fund licence and congestion charges. The car has 10 previous owners including the vendor, this should be irrelevant due to the rebuild. The MG also comes with a tracker which the new owner will inherit the remaining subscription which is active until 10th August 2021.
