The event of the year 2007 aura lieu en Allemagne du 24 au 28 mai 2007 à Speyer prés de Heidelberg et le Nurenburgring.

European Event of the Year 2007 in Germany, 24. ? 28. May 2007

We would like to invite all your club members to the European Event of the Year 2007 in Germany. From the English mother club we have been honoured with the assignment to organize this huge international meeting. It will run from May 24th to 28th in Speyer in the Palatine near Heidelberg.

As meeting location we have chosen the Technical Museum of Speyer (www.technik-museum.de). Here we have a great environment, with numerous exhibits concerned with the history of technology. On the premises of the museum are the meeting hall for the Event festivities, a huge parking site to safely place the cars, and space to arrange competitions. There also are a hotel and a camping site directly on the premises. The city of Speyer offers considerable historical attractions, like the 1000 years old cathedral and the lovely old town, which is only minutes away by foot from the Event centre.

The program offers trips on narrow roads, passing giant rocks, through dark green woods reminiscent of German mythology, along meandering creeks, and through vineyards so long that the end can not be seen.

We also will visit historical places, like the castle of Heidelberg, the castle of Hambach, a major factor in the european history of democracy, the castle Trifels of Annweiler, where Richard Lionsheart was captured and the huge Monastery of Maulbronn, which is part of the UN world heritage of culture. You may also be assured that we shall care very well for the gastronomic needs of those attending.

The application period will last from Jan. 1st to Feb. 28th 2007. During this time we shall provide an application form in English and German on the German MG Car Club?s website (www.mgcc.de).

In some weeks we will provide you as all the european MG clubs with more detailed information, more photos and the print-ready application form.

Bon moi jsuis chaud pour y allé d'autres ?

OK, moi et emgé et d'autre du M.G.C.C.B passeront par le luxembourg, en fonction de ton iti , si tu veux on pourra faire de la route ensemble, car j'ai cru comprendre que l'on roulera qu'avec des F et TF, les B, BGT parte ensemble questions de vitesse sur l'autoroute.
Parcontre arrivé en ALLEMAGNE nous allons suivre des routes touristique pour visiter et s'impreigner du paysage.
Donc tu peux raccrocher la horde si tuveux. On loge au LUXHOF, hotel 3étoiles. Si tu veux + d'infos, je te les envois.
Avis aux amateurs, des journées mémorables sont proposé, et l'endroit est géniale.
