Il est 3h30 du matin, lorsqu’une voie mécanique nous invite au réveil afin de rejoindre Denis à Saint Maur « for THE week end ». Sommes pas très frais, mais c’est notre première sortie au sein du club, donc « Go ».
Après avoir chargé la coupe Nuffield, récupérés les Patrick, Daniel, Alain et Mister President, nous cherchons à rejoindre vainement Calais par l’autoroute de l’ouest… La tentative ayant ses limites, nous retrouvons finalement les autres pèlerins sur « the good road » et nous dirigeons tous feux tout flash (une petite pensée pour Denis) vers le Shuttle. Une fois à bord, nos G.O. nous concoctent un petit déjeuner très apprécié sur la remorque d’une famille Bulgare parlant très bien l’italien…
